1. Our Service

ShelfLife is a web-based inventory tracking application designed for small food shops and delis to monitor stock, reduce waste, and track losses. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscription and Payment

The ShelfLife service is provided on a subscription basis for £5.00 per month. All payments are processed securely. Your subscription begins after the conclusion of your 7-day free trial. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

3. Free Trial

New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial. To request a trial, please submit your details through our enquiry form. Access to the application is granted at our discretion.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. As this is a digital service, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ShelfLife only for its intended purpose of managing your own business inventory. You may not use the service to store illegal content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or distribute malicious software.

6. Liability

ShelfLife is provided "as is." While we strive for high availability, we are not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss resulting from the use or inability to use our software. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding month.
